Managerial development of family members

We offer programs aimed at family members who are already present in the company or who will have to enter it as potential successors or appointed by the owners in order to develop their professional role.

Through our customized coaching and management training programs, family members will become aware of their own strengths and areas for improvement based on their context, and will develop the skills necessary to be effective in their role.
