BRAIN PROFILE COACHING

Sessions aimed at managers who wish to identify new strategies and try out new behavioural variants to apply in their working practice to implement a process of development of management competencies linked to the role. The training includes a brain profile assessment.

 

CROSS-CULTURAL COACHING

Sessions to groups or individuals facing significant cultural differences in the workplace due to acquisitions, mergers or development of new markets.

 

EXPAT COACHING

Sesssions aimed at managers and/or their spouses who are faced with significant cultural differences both on a personal and professional level as a result of geographical relocation. The objective is to facilitate cultural transition and integration in the host country.

 

GENDER COACHING

Sessions aimed at women managers to develop specific leadership skills, career management, work-life balance, and enhancing their talents and specificities. Gender coaching is preferably carried out by female coaches.

 

GENERATIONAL COACHING

Sessions addressed to individuals or groups who wish to improve the understanding of generational differences and their effects in the working context. The objective is to promote better collaboration and integration, enhancing the different contents.
