SHEYLA REGA

Expert in the development of transversal skills in organizations with an inter-national professional background and extensive experience in managerial training and business coaching. Trainer of managerial competency development programs, facilitator of Executive Team Integration programs for Boards of Dirctors of Italian and international companies, adjunct professor of Confindustria Bergamo’s Management Building Workshop, and NLP Master Trainer. 20 years’ experience in facilitating professional and personal development programs for managers and executives. Business coach since 2000, Sheyla’s coach training is supplemented by a Master’s course in Systemic Team Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching in London and training in “Immunity to Change” with Harvard professors Kegan and Lahey. Further certifications include «Agile Team Coach Facilitator» and «Management 3.0» by J. Appelo. Since 2004 Sheyla has used behavioral assessments based on neuroscience (such as Emergenetics) in individual and team coaching programs as well as in the design of innovative, high-impact training programs.

ROBERTO LODOVICI

Founding partner of Lody, he is the administrative manager of the company. Co-author of the book "Dal business coaching al coaching etico" (From business coaching to ethical coaching) published by Franco Angeli, and author of the book "Svegliamoci! Come il potere finanziario sta cambiando la nostra vita" (Wake Up! How Financial Power is Changing our Loves"). He is NLP Master Trainer and an experiential indoor and outdoor trainer.

ELENA CATTANEO

Graduated in Advertising and Business Communication, she is the Office and Communication Manager for Lody. She oversees all back office, internal and external digital communication activities.

Graduated in Business Administration, she has held roles of Business Development, Key Account Management and Project Management in consulting and business services companies. As Nagima's Account Director, she has more than twenty years of experience planning consultancy projects and managerial training for Italian and multinational companies. In particular, she has developed specific know-how on business strategies in different sectors for both Italian and international companies.

SIMONA MANZONE

Head of LeaderShe, she creates and manages paths to develop Leadership and Management skills for women. For ten years, she worked as Head Hunter and consultant in Corporate Organization at Bonfiglioli Consulting in Bologna. She has collaborated with several Faculties of the University of Bologna, with the Emilia-Romagna Region and Confcommercio Emilia-Romagna, planning training activities. She designed and directed Masters, Post-Graduate and Post-Diploma Courses, to encourage and facilitate the transition between University/School and the world of Work. Graduated in Political Science at the University of Bologna, she specialised in Human Resources Management at Harvard University. She is a Business Coach and Emergenetics Assessor.

MONICA GIORDANI

She founded Coaching4U and she is a highly experienced resilience and stress management consultant. She works directly with leaders and teams as a resilience and wellbeing expert and facilitator. She specialises in resilience, energy management, stress management, change management and health promotion. It is her ambition to put employee resilience and wellbeing at the heart of every business and help people to reach their full potential. She is an ICF-certified coach, NPL Master Practitioner and EQ Facilitator (Six Second Assessment).

GUIDO POLI

He graduated in Political Science from the Sapienza University of Rome and started his career as copywriter and creative director. He has worked in television productions, in the printed paper, in the world of brand strategies. He has mastered the skills of facilitating discussion, providing helpful feedback to others, and presenting training content in an engaging manner. He helps professionals express themselves creatively and effectively. He helps a company craft interesting and effective messages, both to the target market and to employees. He uses storytelling in training and leading to relate and connect to others at an emotional level – and help others empathize with the journey and inspire a future vision. He is also a Business and Life Coach AICP (Associazione Italiana Coach Professionisti).

VALERIE RYDER

Expert in leadership development, effective communication and change management with over 25 years of experience. Sensitive to “the numbers” and to corporate objectives as a result of her past experience in director-level roles in Finance and HR, she supports individuals and businesses in achieving their objectives with greater efficiency, a higher level of engagement and an improved organizational climate. Valerie serves managers and leaders of international firms as well as entrepre-neurs and professionals in strengthening their skills and self-awareness to reach ambitious objectives and gain greater personal satisfaction. She is an adjunct professor and career coach at Il Sole 24 Ore’s Business School for executive-level Masters programs. She provides inter-cultural training, assessment and career coaching to expatriate managers and their partners. Previously, Valerie spent 10+ years as executive director in finance, human resources and administration for the European operations of several leading multinationals in biotechnology and electronics. Originally from Boston (USA), she is an ICF-certified coach.
